Exam Certificates

If you leave Rushcliffe Spencer Academy at the end of Year 11, there will be a certificate collection evening arranged for December of that year for you to collect your certificates. You will need to bring a form of ID with you when collecting.

If you left Rushcliffe Spencer Academy after Year 11 in 2026, this will take place on Tuesday 8th December from 4:00pm until 6:00pm. You will need to bring a form of ID with you when collecting.

If you leave Rushcliffe Spencer Academy at the end of Year 13, there will be a sixth form evening arranged for December of that year where you can collect both your GCSE and A Level certificates. You will need to bring a form of ID with you when collecting.

If you require your Exam Certificates at any other time, send an email to exams@rushcliffespencer.org.uk so that a separate collection can be arranged.

Please note, as per Exam Board guidance, we archive any uncollected certificates for a maximum of 5 years before confidentially destroying them.

 

Summer 2027 Exams

GCSE, A Level and other Level 2 and 3 Exams will run between Monday 10th May and Friday 18th June 2027.

The exam timetable for Summer 2027 can be found below.

The day of Wednesday 23rd June has been designated as a contingency session in case of local or national emergencies. Therefore, all students expecting to take Exams in Summer 2027 must be available up to and including Wednesday 23rd June 2027.

Exam Results Day

Rushcliffe Spencer Academy will be open for the collection of results on:

  • Thursday 12th August from 8:00am until 10:00am for A Level and Level 3 Results
  • Thursday 19th August from 8:00am until 10:00am for GCSE and Level 1/2 Results
